Americans for Prosperity-Kansas has developed its 2009 Legislative Agenda. We support limited government and responsible tax and budget policies that force state government to live within its means. For 2009, our priorities include a number of proposals designed to make Kansas government more transparent, more efficient and more accountable to the taxpayers of Kansas.
