DERRICK SONTAG is the state director for the Kansas Chapter of Americans for Prosperity. Prior to joining AFP, Derrick was most recently the state director for the Kansas branch of the National Federation of Independent Business, the nation’s largest advocate for small and independent business. He has served as Executive Director of the Kansas Republican Party, and also worked in various areas of state government, including for the Attorney General, State Treasurer and as Chief of Staff for former Speaker of the House Doug Mays.
