Carl Bearden is State Director of Americans for Prosperity, Missouri Chapter. Former Rep. Bearden, represented part of St. Charles County (District 16) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

Bearden served in a number of capacities during his tenure in the House.
He was the Speaker Pro Tem and Chairman of the House Budget Committee. Carl has been married for 35 years to Debbie Bearden. They have two daughters, Amber (Mike) Chavez and Allison. They reside in St. Charles, Missouri where they are active in First Baptist Church -Harvester and other community organizations.
