Remind your legislator: "It's Our Money!"

Join AFP Oklahoma this Thursday, January 29 at the State Capitol building as we distribute the new 2009 Taxpayer Prosperity Agenda to each legislator, along with a florescent colored card that states, "It's Our Money!" This will be a little reminder to all legislators that it's our money they're spending, and they should spend it wisely.

Tax dollars are taxpayer dollars, and elected officials need to be reminded in the coming session--beginning next week, Feb. 2-- that “It’s our money!” The 2009 Taxpayer Prosperity Agenda, if followed, will secure taxpayer protections and common sense solutions for Oklahomans. Every legislator should have a copy so they are without excuse when it comes time to vote.
