Obama finally admits: Under his reform, you may NOT be able to keep your plan

Here is John Shadegg's take on the situation:

Last Friday, Jan. 29th I issued a statement on the shocking remarks President Obama made while addressing Republicans at the House Republican retreat in Baltimore, MD:

“In a stunning development, President Obama has now acknowledged that under the Democrats’ health care ‘reform’ plan, Americans might not be able to keep the plan they have after all.

“From the beginning of the health care debate, President Obama has insisted that Americans happy with their current plan have nothing to fear. In his State of the Union address, President Obama said, verbatim, that his health care plan ‘would preserve the right of Americans who have insurance to keep their doctor and their plan.’

“No less than 36 hours later in his speech to Republicans in Baltimore, he readily admitted that the health care bills may ‘have violated that pledge.’ He asserted that the provision that will preclude you from keeping your current healthcare plan was ‘snuck’ into the bill. But, in fact, it was there from the beginning.”
