David Trabert is president of the Flint Hills Center for Public Policy. He plans to speak about Proposition K, a bill that has the potential to protect you from unreasonable increases in your property taxes.

Ken Daniel is chairman of the Topeka Independent Business Association (TIBA). He will address the economic climate of Topeka.
