Kudos to Gov. Jan Brewer for her letter against the federal regulatory/mandate takeover of American health insurance:

Gov. Brewer has also done a great job of voting for the Legislature's budget cuts so far this year. If it weren't for her unfortunate and dogged insistence on passing the Prop 100 sales tax hike--and last year's veto that allowed for a $250 million property tax hike--she would be a super star fiscal conservative.
