Yesterday we wrapped up the third leg of the Regulation Reality Tour in Evansville, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Hundreds of activists from across the state braved the rain to send a message to Senator Evan Bayh. They are demanding he vote YES on the Murkowski Resolution (SJRes 26)to stop the EPA’s attempt to implement cap-and-trade regulations without a vote of Congress.

Senator Kerry and Senator Lieberman have re-introduced cap-and-trade trade this week so we need to be ready to keep the pressure on our elected officials to stop this job killing, tax increasing legislation on two fronts.
