Governor Kaine has rejected a second Freedom of Information Act request. This time the request originated from the Associated Press. Kaine is avoiding his constituents at their cost, and concealing the truth about his expenses. A number that Mr. Kaine's office has released in regards to his out of state “adventures” is $3,830. Almost $4,000 solely for the gasoline required for Kaine's motorcade to Washington for his "other job". This is one small fraction of the cost for one short trip out of the many trips that Gov. Kaine decided were more important than Virginian’s needs.

This government is of the people, for the people, and by the people from the President of the United States all the way down to the County Sherriff. That means Mr. Kaine needs to choose where his loyalties lie. Mr. Kaine, this question is for you, who will you be answering to tomorrow? A Virginian in Abbington or Poquoson, or a DNC leader in Florida or Philadelphia?
