The Annapolis Tea Party: Tenth Amendment Rally is the first rally of its kind to focus on the Bill of Rights and the Tenth Amendment. This rally will celebrate the Bill of Rights, and explain how these Amendments protect Americans. We will also be focusing on the recent health care battle in
Congress. The event will conclude with a “Flashlight Serenade” at Lawyers Mall, illuminating the Bill of Rights and the Tenth Amendment in front of the Statehouse. This Tenth Amendment Rally will take place August 20, 2009 at Campbell Park (Dock St. boardwalk at the Annapolis Harbor) at 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
