The majority in Congress is not (yet) talking about directly implementing the Canadian global budgeting health care system. But that's where ObamaCare will very like go, once costly mandates, price caps, and inevitable government bailouts for the "public option" have succeeded in crowding out the remaining DC-regulated "private" insurance plans in the proposed Exchange system.
