Americans for Prosperity Announces Leave of Absence for North Dakota Director Duane Sand

 

WASHINGTON, DC – The free-market grassroots group Americans for Prosperity (AFP) today announced it has granted an unpaid leave of absence, effective immediately, to Duane Sand, the director of the group’s North Dakota state chapter. Sand requested the unpaid leave of absence in order to campaign for elected office.

AFP North Dakota Advisory Board Chairman Robert Harms will continue in his leadership role. Press inquiries in Sand’s absence regarding AFP activities in North Dakota should be directed to State Policy Director Dustin Gawrylow.
