Tuesday in Tucson, a group of about a dozen fans of ObamaCare and single payer health care protested outside of the UnitedHealth building. According to MoveOn, the rally was to send the message that people are "sick of Big Insurance."

Much of the increase is due to the state equalization tax, which is back after a three-year hiatus. The tax, which helps fund education in Arizona, adds $58 this year for a homeowner with a property assessed at $176,000, according to an Arizona Republic analysis...

Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed a budget bill on Sept. 4 that would have permanently repealed the state equalization tax.
