Americans for Prosperity California Chairman Peter Foy addressed a capacity crowd of 250 at the Orange County Republican Central Committee meeting in Irvine, California.  Foy described how California, once a national leader, now ranks as one of the lowest in business climate and education.  He explained that turning things around will require a massive education and activism effort which is why he joined Americans for Prosperity.   Foy was joined by Congressman Ed Royce and Orange County Treasurer, Chriss Street.  Foy and Street both discussed how government can function better by applying basic business principals.
