People turned out all over Missouri for the Congressional House Call day. Here are a few shots from Congress Carnahan's House Call. He chose to ignore the voice of the people and believes that government run health care is better than real reform. He believes you and I are incapable of making those tough decisions but wants to tax us to pay for HIS decisions.

Senator McCaskills has already indicated she is in agreement with Congressman Carnahan. She just has a friendlier way of saying "I hear you but I'm going to vote for government run health care anyway."

Today I learned that the AMA has issued an “unqualified endorsement” of the House Bill for health insurance overhaul. In my opinion, the AMA has sold out doctors, and most importantly, our patients, in supporting this government take over of our most private and personal freedom – our choices about when, where, and with whom we will have medical care when we are sick.

Doesn’t represent most doctors

There is a credible rebellion at the American Medical Association which is a backlash to the AMA's support for a government takeover of our healthcare system. It begins today in Houston when the 2009 AMA Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates meets.

Texans throughout the state made Congressional House Calls at their local district offices on Nov. 5, before the big health care vote which is scheduled to take on Nov. 6. Many of our Texas members even made their way to Washington, D.C. to make those House Calls in person at the U.S. Capitol.
