Dr. Milton Friedman’s 99th birthday would have been on July 31, 2011. Fifty attendees celebrated his vision and the successful passage of Charter School Legislation in Maine on July 29th. The event honored the impact he has had on our society, and helped clarify his moral framework for freedom and free enterprise.
