Liberal group Bold Nebraska has filed a frivolous lawsuit designed to stop progress of the Keystone XL Pipeline in Nebraska.

As Nebraskans who believe in free markets and encouraging economic growth, we denounce Bold Nebraska’s lawsuit as one more step in a series of scare tactics and silly demonstrations to politicize an important project.

Let’s recall Bold Nebraska’s prior antics in opposing the Keystone XL Pipeline:

Today the national political news organization, Politico, published a piece titled Few States Set for Health Exchanges. The underlying premise of the article is the benevolence of Obama's HHS for allowing states to participate in the construction of health care exchanges.

In this news piece, more appropriately labeled an editorial, the writers are amused by states, such as Nebraska, which have not yet signed onto implementing ObamaCare:

Only a handful of the most militant states are likely to continue all-out resistance to federal health reform if the law is upheld — which ironically would mean the federal government would run their exchanges.

When asked a direct question, at least Bob Kerrey gave a direct answer: he believes taxes need to be higher.

Joe Jordan with Nebraska Watchdog asked if Kerrey believed the government should raise taxes in order to solve the federal government's debt crisis. Kerrey responded by saying those of use opposed to even higher taxes 'are a part of the problem.'
