“The grassroots members of Americans for Prosperity-North Carolina are against the idea of forced municipal annexation,” said State Director Dallas Woodhouse.

“Yet we hope this event will fairly present both sides of the issue. We hope this event will give people the information they need on this very difficult issue. If after the meeting there is a need in the community for Americans for Prosperity to help organize citizens on this issue of forced annexation, we will gladly fill that role. We, with the help of our partners, The Big Talker FM and the John Locke Foundation believe this meeting will offer an important community service for the thousands of residents that could be affected by the proposed forced annexation.”
